The Executive Project Manager to the President serves as a strategic and operational partner to the President, ensuring company’s priorities are clearly defined, aligned, and executed in partnership with the PMO and the leadership team. This role blends project management, executive operations, cross-functional coordination, and high-level administrative oversight to ensure the President’s priorities are executed effectively across the organization.This individual translates strategic priorities into action, drives alignment across departments, manages high impact initiatives, and ensures the President’s time and focus are leveraged for maximum organizational impact.ResponsibilitiesExecutive Priority Management/Projects Coordination
  • Partner with the PMO to ensure appropriate execution of projects.
  • Serves as escalation point for initiatives requiring execution intervention.
  • Provides executive-level visibility into risks and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Attend meetings with and on behalf of the President to capture notes, decisions, and action items.
  • Track follow-ups, deadlines, and deliverables across executive initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects by working with stakeholders to keep work on track.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, and status updates.
  • Prepare summaries, reports, and briefing materials for executive review
Executive Administrative Support
  • Draft, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, and other executive materials.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the President.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling, communication, or logistical challenges.
Cross – functional communication & collaboration
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up documentation.
  • Communicate action items and decisions to relevant teams and track progress.
  • Partner with leaders and team members across the organization to support alignment and execution.
  • Support preparation of leadership presentations and materials as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management/coordination or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to track projects and follow through on deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; AI Tools, familiarity with project management tools a plus.
