- Partner with the PMO to ensure appropriate execution of projects.
- Serves as escalation point for initiatives requiring execution intervention.
- Provides executive-level visibility into risks and cross-functional dependencies.
- Attend meetings with and on behalf of the President to capture notes, decisions, and action items.
- Track follow-ups, deadlines, and deliverables across executive initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects by working with stakeholders to keep work on track.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and status updates.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and briefing materials for executive review
- Draft, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, and other executive materials.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the President.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling, communication, or logistical challenges.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up documentation.
- Communicate action items and decisions to relevant teams and track progress.
- Partner with leaders and team members across the organization to support alignment and execution.
- Support preparation of leadership presentations and materials as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in project management/coordination or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to track projects and follow through on deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to influence without formal authority.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; AI Tools, familiarity with project management tools a plus.
