- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and outreach to product presentations, proposals, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government and enterprise, including strategic alliance partners.
- Develop deep expertise in Archistar’s products while staying up to date on planning, building, and housing challenges across North America.
- Respond to inbound inquiries, and ensure ongoing client engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and align sales strategies with broader business goals.
- Keep CRM systems and records updated, attend required meetings, and travel across North America to meet clients and represent Archistar at key events.
- 3+ years of experience selling technology solutions to government or enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in selling enterprise software, ERP, or SaaS using a consultative, client-focused approach.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts and build long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and results-oriented team player with a strong collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree and knowledge of planning/building processes preferred; valid driver’s license required.
