- Three (3) year College Diploma in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Data/Information Systems, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline
- Position Equivalency Code: D
- Four (4) years of experience performing duties related to the major responsibilities of the position
- Experience in asset management systems, CMMS administration, operations analytics, or similar technical environments supporting regulated operations
- Experience in municipal utilities, infrastructure operations, or highly regulated technical environments is an asset
- General knowledge of the City of Barrie's Backflow and Cross Connection Prevention By-law
- General knowledge of business and/or municipal budgeting and finance concepts
- Working knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act, as well as legislation/regulations related to municipal facility certification/licensing/compliance and reporting requirements
- Working knowledge of the following principles and standards: asset management principles; quality assurance and maintenance management processes/systems; computer maintenance management system technology, technical records management
- Demonstrated ability to:

- Basic computer literacy using the following systems and software: Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, computerized facility management systems (Archibus/FM, CMMS ), and AutoCAD
- Availability to accommodate deadlines or peak period workloads that may extend beyond designated normal workday hours or normal hours per week

- Yearly Salary: $78,915.20 to $94,577.60
- Hourly Pay Rate: $37.94 to $45.47
