- Manage the full employee benefits lifecycle, including plan design, provider selection, implementation, renewals, reporting, and employee communications.
- Collaborate closely with producers to support and deliver on client needs.
- Investigate client concerns and provide timely, effective solutions.
- Keep client files, calendars, and correspondence accurate, current, and well-organized.
- Proactively identify and present new products and services that add value to clients' operations.
- Leverage HUB's full range of resources and capabilities, connecting clients with colleagues across business lines to deliver well-rounded solutions.
- Partner with the analytics team to prepare and present clear, professional reports and client presentations.
- Work with the communications team to develop meaningful and practical client-facing materials.
- Support team growth by mentoring peers and onboarding new team members.
- Represent HUB at industry events, conferences, and internal meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers while always prioritizing the best interests of HUB's clients.
- Address client concerns in a timely manner, escalating to leadership when appropriate.
- Take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves.
- As the successful candidate you have 5+ years of experience related to Employee Benefits, in addition to:
- Post-secondary education required and completion of (or working towards) related courses in group benefits (CEBS, GBA designations preferred)
- Successful completion of LLQP
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Post-secondary education
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills; strong presentation skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under timeline pressure
