  • Leads and supports business development efforts nationally.
  • Assists in the development and planning of evaluation as well as other projects as needed.
  • Coordinates project logistics with clients and diverse groups consistent with project plans.
  • Coordinates and oversees the activities of team members to ensure that projects progress in accordance with predetermined plans.
  • Supports the design and development of high-quality professional reports, infographics and presentations.
  • Communicates results to diverse (internal and external) groups through virtual and in-person presentation.
  • Integrates learning and continuous improvement into project practices.
Skills and Experience
  • Passion for, and (a minimum of 4 years) experience in, program evaluation.
  • Experience working in a challenging, dynamic, project-based environment.
  • Experience in leading teams in complex engagements.
  • Experience in delivering the full cycle of project management accountabilities.
  • Experience in problem diagnosis and solution development.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and seek assistance as required.
  • Completion of an undergraduate or graduate degree or other combination of advanced post-secondary training and relevant professional experience. Combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Strong computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams.
