- Coordinate monthly promotional campaigns, including OEM sales initiatives such as Truck Month, service campaigns, upgrade sales, dealer promotions, prospect follow-ups, and after-sales activities.
- Oversee general branding efforts, including digital advertising and captivating YouTube pre-roll videos.
- Collaborate with our design team to produce creative assets for campaigns, while also taking on limited creative work yourself.
- Showcase campaign success to dealers, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as units sold, appointments booked, leads generated, and ad-based metrics like clicks and impressions.
- Conduct scheduled check-ins with stores to share insights and discuss successful campaigns or test new promotional ideas.
- Utilize our project management system (currently Monday.com) to enter campaign information and ensure timely completion of work with dealers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate marketing ideas and concepts to engage sales and service managers.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure creative assets align with campaign timelines.
- Basic understanding of dealership operations and leveraging marketing activities within that context.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop to make minor creative changes and understand design elements contributing to successful marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with email marketing, digital advertising platforms (Facebook & Google), and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel to build reports and modify customer lists for campaigns.
