--Are you looking for a job that spans multiple process areas and an opportunity to work with Local and Global teams to influence our internal systems and processes? Then this job is for you.What will your typical day look like?
  • Act as a key liaison between the businesses and Local and Global Technology teams
  • Support project delivery through testing, developing process flow diagrams and creating training materials
  • Support day to day operations including hosting User Group calls and active queue management of our Service Now assignment groups
  • Gather and analyze data, identify issues and trends, and develop recommendations
  • Prepare presentations for team and stakeholder meetings
About the teamThe Business Integration Services team is comprised of Opportunity to Engagement (O2E) subject matter experts. We provide guidance on best practices and roll out new system functionalities.Enough about us, let’s talk about youYou are someone with these required skills, experience & qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • A strong problem solver with critical thinking skills.
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to influence.
  • Curious and able to drive issues to closure.
It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well:
  • Familiar with the Opportunity to Engagement (O2E) process and key internal systems including SWIFT SAP.
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $47,000 - $78,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
