About the Company
Our client is looking for a SAP Ariba - Project Coordinator for a 6-month contract.About the Opportunity
  • Design, develop, and implement role-specific training programs for SAP Ariba modules including Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, Buying and Invoicing, Inventory Management, Guided Buying, and Reporting Tools.
  • Customize training materials (presentations, e-learning modules, documentation, user guides) to suit various functional roles.
  • Collaborate with project and functional teams to align training with business processes and system functionalities.
  • Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions (in-person, virtual, or self-paced) to end-users, super-users, and stakeholders.
  • Create and execute post-go-live training strategies, including refresher courses and onboarding support.
  • Partner with the Organizational Change Manager to align training with broader change initiatives.
  • Coordinate with SAP project leads, functional leads, and department managers to assess and address training needs.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to drive SAP Ariba system adoption.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials: user guides, quick reference documents, video tutorials, FAQs.
  • Maintain and update a centralized training repository accessible to all users.
  • Measure training effectiveness using assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Provide on-the-ground support and coaching to users post-training.
  • Report regularly on training progress, participation, metrics, and key learnings to project leadership.
About You
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Procurement, IT, Business, Education, or a related field.
Certifications:
  • SAP Training certification (TPMA, ACMP, SAP Certified Trainer) preferred.
Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of SAP training and implementation experience, preferably with SAP Ariba and/or S/4HANA.
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering training in large-scale ERP projects.
  • Familiarity with multiple SAP Ariba modules such as Procurement, Supplier Management, Contracts, etc.
