
Senior Project Manager Concrete Highrise or Wood Frame Residential

- Managing all phases of construction projects
- Assist the Development Team in design development and constructability review in a vertically integrated project.
- Defines the scope, goals, and deliverables of projects.
- Leads the planning and implementation of the project, client, and consultant coordination.
- Develops and monitor full scale project plans.
- Manage budget and resource allocation throughout the life of the project including human resources.
- Tender and award scopes of work using pre-approved subcontracts
- 10 + years of construction experience, preferably multi-family
- 5+ years of experience in wood frame, residential construction, or 5+ years in Concrete Tower (Mid-highrise)
- At least 10 years of direct work experience in construction project management
- A post secondary degree or diploma in construction, building technology or engineering.
- A Gold Seal Constructor or PMP designation; or are working towards it.
- Proven ability to lead a project and support staff
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Outlook, Excel, Word and ProCore
- Understand the fundamentals of contract administration
- Knowledge of OH&S regulations and related building codes is essential
