- 2+ Years of Contract Surety Experience is preferred, an equivalent combination of Business Administration education and administrative experience is required.

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

- Exceptional communication skills both written and oral.
- Experience with Epic broker management system is considered an asset.
- Proficient with Windows-based computer systems.
