Our Toronto based client is looking for an Senior SAP Finance Lead contractor to start September 1st, 2025 and will run for 6 with a strong possibility for a further extension. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of SAP FICO experience acting as a hands on team lead and working on all phases of the SAP project Life Cycle. This will be a hybrid role, with the exact number of on-site days to be confirmed.Key Responsibilities:
  • Hands on FICO implementation and configuration expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and solutions tailored to the financial services industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP solutions.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
  • Development of project documentation, training materials, requirements gathering and project management methodology experience required.
