- Execute in-store activations, pop-ups, and sampling events to drive brand awareness and product trial
- Coordinate and support activation schedules across the GVA and Vancouver Island
- Deliver product education sessions to budtenders and retail staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and store teams
- Ensure consistent and high-quality in-store brand presence, including merchandising and displays
- Represent the brand professionally at all times in consumer-facing environments
- Provide feedback from the field on product performance, consumer response, and competitive activity
- Forging relationships with top-performing accounts.
- Being a conduit between the brand and the cannabis culture in BC.
- Stewarding the brand at industry events and running events.
- Leveraging their network to cement Teapot's presence in the BC cannabis culture.
- Driving success through the World Cup in BC (June) from both volume and brand visibility perspectives.
- Establishing relationships with stores near cruise ports to make Teapot the preferred brand for the cruise community.
- Must be 19+ years of age
- Must reside within 30 minutes of Vancouver
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in retail environments and engaging directly with consumers
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift promotional materials as required
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Experience in retail, hospitality, events, or brand activation
- Valid CannSell certification
- Knowledge of or interest in the cannabis industry
- Some sales experience, comfortable with sales conversations (driving volume, promotions, distribution gaps).
- Structured, organized, prepared, and autonomous worker.
- Self-driver and self-motivator.
- Adherence to note-taking and contact collection in CRM (Green Paths).
- Nimble and flexible, comfortable with odd hours and ad-hoc requests.
- Competitive edge and motivated to build a strong case for extension.
- Curious and a team player.
- Aware and excited about the brand and products, having done due diligence on Boston Beer.
- Ability to amalgamate into the broader BC cannabis culture and champion the brand's "silliness" while maintaining business sense.
- $28 CAD per hour, with final rate dependent on experience and qualifications
- Expense reimbursement for travel-related expenses
