  • Installing, programming, and repairing robotic systems and their controllers.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving electrical or mechanical issues with the robots or related equipment.
  • Conducting various tests to verify the performance, safety and quality of the robotic systems and applications.
  • Debugging and fixing errors or defects in the robotic software or hardware.
  • Developing and modifying robotic path motions to optimize safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and recording data from the robots and systems to evaluate their performance and efficiency.
  • Validation of robot options as per orders and preparation prior to shipment.
  • Diagnostic, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to product and value-added robotic systems.
  • Utilize online documentation and hardcopy manuals to find information regarding the product specifications and configuration.
  • Demonstrated communication, problem solving interpersonal and analytical skills.
Your background
  • College diploma at minimum.
  • A certification in robotics technician or a similar credential is highly desirable.
  • Experience in working with various types of robots.
  • Knowledge of PLC & automation.
  • Knowledge of programmable controllers, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanics, sensor or feedback systems, hydraulics and pneumatics is preferred.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes and documentation related to robotic systems is advantageous.
  • Strong electrical knowledge on low-voltage connections (120VAC, 240VAC, 600VAC), transformers, disconnectors, protective devices, and grounding.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Valid forklift and overhead crane certification or license are mandatory.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of robotics technology and principles.
  • Some experience in software validation, programming languages and simulation tools for robotics.
  • Using tools and methods such as Robot Framework, logging, breakpoints, variable inspection, etc. to automate and facilitate testing and debugging processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, manuals and procedures.
  • Proficient in using tools and equipment for repairing and maintaining robotic systems.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols related to robotic systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and safety.
