With the continued growth in the industry, Scotlynn is currently hiring a Service Lead for our Peterbilt shop in Vittoria, ON. This role is for organized individuals who are passionate about the transportation industry and supporting a team of mechanics and AZ drivers.Previous experience in 310T Truck & Trailer Mechanics/Maintenance is NOT a requirement; we hire for attitude and work ethic.ABOUT YOUSuccessful Scotlynn Candidates Have:
Time management and organizational skills
Experience with Microsoft suite of products
Leadership and strong communication skills
Previous experience working in the automotive industry, shops preferred but not mandatory
ntermediate level of Excel skills
Service compliance with MTO regulations
A desire to learn, grow and support others

Executing & supervising the service of the Scotlynn fleet of trucks & trailers
Review maintenance schedule and work orders
Diagnostic, service and preventative maintenance of storage and equipment/machinery
Test and adjust repaired systems to performance specifications
Provide clear communication and excellent customer service skills to drivers and customers in a team environment
On-call availability to provide support to drivers is required in this role
