#UAPOPERATIONSJob DescriptionReporting to the Operations manager, the Technician is responsible to:
- Validate, correct and prepare payroll information for the Montreal and Quebec City distribution centers and the Ottawa pick-up center and ensure the necessary follow-ups.
- Support the distribution center management team for various operational reports.
- Act as a resource-person for audit needs
- Follow up on absenteeism, disciplinary letters, filing, Excel reporting and other clerical tasks for the Montreal and Quebec City distribution centers.
- Carry out tasks related to Returns of Merchandise (RGA)
- Produce reports on Excel.
- College degree in administration, option human resources or operations management.
- Very good knowledge of the French language would be an asset. Functional English.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially EXCEL. Knowledge of People-Soft is an asset.
- Attention to detail, teamwork, speed and accuracy in data entry, rigour in tasks performed, diligence, organizational skills.
