  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in strategy consulting or financial/value engineering.
  • Experience managing business transformation and technology strategy for C-Level executives in global enterprises.
  • Experience delivering customer-facing engagements for cloud technology and product development.
Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • One or more cloud certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Digital Leader, Financial Operations (FinOps) Certified Practitioner).
  • Experience achieving value realization from cloud technology investments.
  • Experience leading teams, including practice management and operations, methodology development, business development, support pre-sales, executive relationship management, and managing delivery of consulting engagements.

You will also be responsible for mentoring team members, guiding their immediate and long-term direction and results.Working collaboratively with the rest of Google Cloud and across Google, you will maintain long-term, productive partnerships. You must be able to take broad direction and create structured action plans to execute that direction. This will involve developing strategies for realizing value from technology investments, encompassing business growth, customer experience improvement, product development, cost and operational efficiencies, and risk mitigation.   • Lead the development and refinement of the Google Cloud Consulting value realization proposition, ensuring it resonates with customer goals and differentiates the business in the market.
  • Manage and lead the implementation of value realization initiatives to ensure customers harness the full potential of solutions.
  • Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure value realization initiatives.
  • Deliver and lead delta projects, including cross-functional team members, and work directly with customers.
  • Develop data-driven financial models that illustrate the business value and overall cost of ownership associated with artificial intelligence-powered industry solutions.
