The Dining Room Server is responsible for ensuring food is served in a courteous and efficient manner, following proper food handling practices.Servers are team players, with a passion for delivering an outstanding dining experience. They offer exceptional service and support, have an empathetic and respectful approach, and a customer-focused mindset. They take pride in their work and ensure residents' needs are being met.Food Service:

Serve meals in a courteous and efficient manner, providing exemplary customer service.
Maintain knowledge of the menu, dietary restrictions, and available items.
Strictly adhere to food and safety standards.
Follow correct serving techniques for all types of food and beverage on the menu.
Listen to and solicit resident feedback regarding their dining experience.
Ensure serving areas, dining room, dishes, floors, etc. are cleaned and set to specific standards.

Note: Must be available for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-Time 35 hours per week.
