- Configure and maintain SAP HR/Payroll modules (OM, PA, BN, PT/Time Evaluation, CATS, PY) in alignment with business processes and Canadian (and U.S., where applicable) legal requirements, including payroll rules, tax configuration, garnishments, and year-end parameters
- Provide functional SAP and payroll expertise to support Canadian and U.S. payroll operations, partnering with HR, HRIS, Payroll, and Development teams to optimize workflows, integrations (including Dayforce), and system solutions
- Lead and execute testing activities, including unit, integration, parallel, and user acceptance testing for implementations, enhancements, quarterly releases, tax updates, and configuration changes; analyze variances and drive issues to resolution
- Deliver comprehensive SAP HR/Payroll documentation and training, including business and functional requirements, reports, interfaces, enhancements, test scripts, and end-user materials, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and system adoption
- Provide second- and third-level production support, liaising with the HR/Payroll user community to manage priorities, recommend continuous process improvements, and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- 5+ years of SAP HR configuration experience, including participation in at least three full-cycle SAP HR implementations; Dayforce Payroll implementation and support experience required
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors preferred; additional workforce management software experience considered an asset
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Payroll, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong analytical, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Highly organized and adaptable, able to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; proficient in Microsoft Office
