As one of Canada's leading non-prime consumer lenders, we offer a full suite of products including non-prime leasing, unsecured and secured loans as well as point-of-sale-financing though easyhome, easyfinancial, and LendCare.As an Identity & Access Management Analyst, you will be hands-on for the daily Identity and Access Management (IAM) operational activities, including the timely on-boarding, off-boarding, and branch transfers system access.What will you be doing?
  • Day to day processing of access requests, including but not limited to initial new hire setup, updating accesses and termination of access.
  • Solve for Bill 198 issues.
  • Troubleshoot end user issues: Provide root-cause analysis on various web and mobile applications; handle escalated tickets relating to server/network related issues.
  • Understand and utilize ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.) and how they are used in a corporate environment.
  • Provide guidance to Tier 1 support and team members.
  • Understand concepts related to networks, servers, PCs, databases, proprietary systems, etc.
  • Meet and exceed SLA standards: Close tickets in a timely manner, while upholding customer service standards.
  • Follow processes and adhere to corporate policies when completing user requests and resolving their access issues.
  • Investigate and perform verification to ensure the appropriate approvals are in place before completing any access requests.
  • Follow the Role Base Access Controls (RBAC) model established by the IT Security team to provide the appropriate access rights to the appropriate applications and servers.
  • Work well with the team to discuss and work on the team challenges and reach the team goals.
What experience do you have?
  • Applicants should have a combination of superior customer service skills and technical aptitude.
  • Understanding of Desktop Support.
  • Create/update any documentation as required.
  • Exposure to: Active directory, Azure AD, OKTA , BeyondTrust, DUO, ITSM tools - ServiceNow, Fresh Service.
  • Web applications user management.
  • Proficiency with Windows servers and workstations.
  • ITIL foundation.
