Location: Winnipeg, ManitobaWhat you will be doing:Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about the company and its customers.Provide general residential plumbing services to customers.Represent the company in a professional, courteous and customer service-oriented manner on each and every call.On-site problem diagnosis, accurately estimate repair costs, fixed right the first time and continual value-added communication with the homeownerInstall, maintain and repair all types of piping systems, fixtures and other equipment used to distribute, supply or dispose of water or wastewater, including fixtures systems and appliances in residential buildingsSet priorities and work assignments to meet established deadlinesPerform diagnostics, repair, maintain, service and install equipment in accordance with manufacturer specificationsAdhere to all safety rules and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.Correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenanceExplain the value of the company’s products, services and programs on every callPerform other duties as required by supervisor or designate.What you must have:A growth mindset: above all else, we’re looking for people who are dependable, ambitious and want to grow with the company3+ years of Plumbing experienceJourneyman or Red Seal Plumbing or 3rd,4th year apprentices would be preferredDomestic Gas Fitter B License is nice to haveMinimum 2 years experience in Residential Service Plumbing workMust have a valid class 5 driver’s license with clean driver’s abstractMust be physically capable of performing all work required of this positionExcellent verbal and communication skillsStrong interpersonal and problem-solving skillsOutstanding customer service skillsExperience in Refrigeration, HVAC, and Mechanics an assetMust have outstanding customer service skillsVery punctual and dependable.Maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standardPrevious HVAC experience preferred – Some knowledge of the heating, cooling, and boiler trades will be an assetSalary/Rate Range: $38/hr-$42/hrFor more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
