DescriptionCreate exceptional experiences for our clients.Our team and what we will accomplish togetherJoin the TELUS Health CHR Implementation & Content team and play a critical role in delivering client-centric solutions that support the successful adoption and enhancement of our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms. As a Business Analyst I, you'll support process improvement initiatives, content development, and internal workflows that empower teams to deliver scalable, high-impact experiences across the customer journey.You'll work collaboratively across teams, transforming high-level concepts into structured plans and solutions. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness and quality of the CHR and EMR implementations and content strategy.What you will doManage content database including backlog triage, documentation, and prioritization of updatesDevelop forms and clinical content with varying levels of complexity to meet client and internal needsLead working sessions and communicate effectively across impacted teams and stakeholders to enable decision-makingCoordinate across departments and vendors, where applicable, to ensure smooth and timely project executionContribute to requirements gathering, testing, communication, and implementation of business changesDocument processes and contribute to training and knowledge materials for internal and external audiencesQualificationsExperience and knowledge3 to 5 years of experience in content creation, healthcare, or EMR implementationFamiliarity with Google Workspace, JIRA, SaleForce, Confluence, and other collaboration tools (asset)Accountable for timely resolution of clinical content support issues involving TELUS EMR/CHR systems and processes.Collaborate with cross-functional team members to achieve project objectives and plans and facilitate meetings and working sessions.Accountable for creating and maintaining a work plan to manage their own tasks, deliverables and scheduleEnsures open & ongoing communication to support change management.Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript is an asset, particularly for enhancing clinical content and toolsEssential skillsExceptional written and verbal communicationAnalytical mindset with a strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguityStrong facilitation and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and proactively identify areas for improvementFluency in French is an assetPersonal qualitiesComfortable navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPositive, team-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownershipClient-first mindset with a drive to deliver high-quality solutionsAdaptability and openness to continuous changeAdvanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.Salary Range: $47,000-$87,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 10%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
