- Define and evolve the digital workplace strategy aligned to the enterprise’s business goals and workforce needs.
- Endpoint management (Windows, macOS, mobile)
- Patching processes for security compliancy for devices
- Collaboration platforms
- Device lifecycle management and VDI
- Digital Experience Monitoring
- IT self-service portals, automation, and mobile applications
- Drive the transition to modern endpoint management (e.g., Autopilot, Intune, MDM).
- Lead zero-touch provisioning, unified endpoint strategy, and automation of routine support tasks
- Build and manage a high-performing internal team and/or managed service providers responsible for workplace technology delivery and support.
- Oversee external vendors and partners to ensure adherence to SLAs and strategic alignment.
- Consult and coordinate with Change Management to integrate change capabilities where identified.
- Partner and Collaborate with Internal IT Teams and external key Business Stakeholders to ensure cohesive support and service delivery
- Champion the employee experience by transforming how users interact with IT services and workplace technologies.
- Serve as the executive owner of the Digital Workplace roadmap, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a minimum of 15 years’ work experience in Digital Workplace organizations in lieu of degree
- Certification and/or Licenses
- At least 10 years of IT and business/industry experience, Service Delivery, design and deployment, systems lifecycle management and infrastructure planning and operations
- At least 5 years of experience overseeing managed service provider.
- 5 years of global or international leadership experience in managing multiple, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders in multi-cultural environments.
- Demonstrated experience of successfully leading and executing transformational organizational change.
