- Respond promptly and professionally to customer support tickets.
- Document resolutions and key details in IT systems such as HubSpot.
- Monitor customer devices for uptime, troubleshoot issues, and generate analytics reports.
- Communicate technical updates across teams using platforms like Teams and HubSpot.
- Track and resolve issues with internal IT and external vendors.
- Keep users informed on issue status and next steps.
- Deliver excellent customer service, addressing concerns with effective communication and problem-solving.
- Availability for non-standard hours, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- 1+ year of technical support experience (Windows, Microsoft Office, PC hardware, networks, mobile devices)
- Strong customer service mindset, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and French
- Ability to work non-standard hours as needed
- Experience with Microsoft Servers, Windows OS, Chrome OS, and firewalls preferred
- Bachelor's in a technical field is an asset
