Job Description:Seeking a motivated French/English Bilingual Technical Support Level I professional to join a rapidly growing team. This role focuses on providing efficient, high-quality support to customers, assisting with technical troubleshooting, onboarding, and device monitoring.Principal Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer support tickets.
  • Document resolutions and key details in IT systems such as HubSpot.
  • Monitor customer devices for uptime, troubleshoot issues, and generate analytics reports.
  • Communicate technical updates across teams using platforms like Teams and HubSpot.
  • Track and resolve issues with internal IT and external vendors.
  • Keep users informed on issue status and next steps.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, addressing concerns with effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Availability for non-standard hours, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements:Key Requirements:
  • 1+ year of technical support experience (Windows, Microsoft Office, PC hardware, networks, mobile devices)
  • Strong customer service mindset, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Ability to work non-standard hours as needed
  • Experience with Microsoft Servers, Windows OS, Chrome OS, and firewalls preferred
  • Bachelor's in a technical field is an asset
