As a Customer Experience Representative, you’ll be part of a collaborative, customer-focused team. You will:
- Welcome customers and support them in finding products that fit their needs
- Engage in thoughtful, consultative conversations to understand preferences
- Share clear, accurate information about our products
- Promote safe, socially responsible consumption
- Build your expertise through continuous training and learning
- Are inquisitive and eager to learn, adapting positively as the industry evolves
- Take a customer-focused approach, actively listen, and communicate with confidence
- Enjoy working as part of a supportive, collaborative team
- Are committed to social responsibility and public education
- Are professional, dependable, and flexible with days, evenings, and weekends
- Are 19 years of age or older
- Are bilingual in both official languages (required)
- Have post-secondary education (asset)
- Bring supervisory experience (asset)
- $22.38 per hour (inclusive of 4% vacation pay and 4% holiday pay)
- Flexible, occasional hours (no minimum guaranteed)
