Full-time Role
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquires via phone, email and web leads
  • Book consultations and gather project details
  • Conduct phone consultations with professionalism and warmth
  • Follow up with leads and past clients for feedback or next steps
  • Keep CRM database up to date
  • Manage client invoices and process payments
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Support the team with daily administrative tasks
  • Direct email or phone inquires to appropriate staff
  • Assist with coordinating schedules, forms and internal communication
  • Assist with email marketing newsletters and campaigns
Requirements
  • 2-3 years experience in customer service, client-facing, or administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Looking for someone flexible that can multitask with administrative tasks and creative work
  • Friendly, approachable and client-focused with strong phone communication skills
  • Tech-savy: Experience with CRM Systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc)
  • Familiar with Outlook, Apple mail, and familiar with tools like Canva, Google workspace and social media platforms
  • Familiar with accounting software
