Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquires via phone, email and web leads
- Book consultations and gather project details
- Conduct phone consultations with professionalism and warmth
- Follow up with leads and past clients for feedback or next steps
- Keep CRM database up to date
- Manage client invoices and process payments
- Greet and assist visitors
- Support the team with daily administrative tasks
- Direct email or phone inquires to appropriate staff
- Assist with coordinating schedules, forms and internal communication
- Assist with email marketing newsletters and campaigns
- 2-3 years experience in customer service, client-facing, or administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Looking for someone flexible that can multitask with administrative tasks and creative work
- Friendly, approachable and client-focused with strong phone communication skills
- Tech-savy: Experience with CRM Systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc)
- Familiar with Outlook, Apple mail, and familiar with tools like Canva, Google workspace and social media platforms
- Familiar with accounting software
