- Contribute to asset allocation, investment strategy, and security selection
- Monitor markets, economic trends, and portfolio performance
- Prepare and present client-ready reports and recommendations
- Participate in client meetings and ongoing relationship management
- Communicate directly with clients regarding:
- Portfolio performance
- Market insights
- Investment recommendations
- Identify opportunities to grow assets and deepen client relationships
- Collaborate with a broader team including:
- Financial Planners
- Wealth Specialists
- Private Banking partners
- Help improve internal processes and scalability as the business grows
- 3+ years in wealth management, portfolio management, or investment advisory
- Strong understanding of public markets (equities & fixed income)
- Experience in client-facing investment discussions
- CIRO / Registered Representative (RR) licensing (or eligible)
- Professional designations are an asset (CFA, CIM)
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ambitious and growth-oriented
- Wants to move into a true advisory / revenue-generating role
