- Providing superior customer service to clients and the public
- Greeting customers, and assisting them with use of the service
- Public announcements regarding train difficulties and delays
- Administering the Lost & Found
- Performing random fare validation checks, as well as passenger counts
- Monitoring stations for vandalism, maintenance, and safety concerns
- Keeping station conditions clean, presentable and safe, including trash, snow, and graffiti removal
- Maintaining equipment and inventory
- Liaising with law enforcement when necessary
- Investigating and documenting incidents promptly and accurately
- First responder in building emergencies such as evacuations and medical emergencies
- Reporting to the Site Supervisor and Operations Management for further duties as necessary
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel to the various sites with your own vehicle
- OFA 1
- Ability to handle emergency situations in a calm and professional manner
- Fluent English written, verbal and reading skills
- Demonstrated interest and experience in serving the public
- Positive and professional attitude, with strong customer service skills
