- Being proactive in networking, cold-outreach, and deep-diving into passive candidate networks throughout multiple platforms
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of strong candidates
- Conducting application screening, short-listing potential candidates, and conducting / scheduling interviews
- Managing the entire hiring process, from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Building solid relationships with various teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process
- Optimizing and continuously improving the existing end-to-end recruitment process
