- Support senior researchers with planning and running user research studies.
- Help prepare research materials such as discussion guides, screeners, surveys, and test scripts.
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions.
- Assist with recruiting participants and coordinating research sessions.
- Take notes, organize observations, and capture research data accurately.
- Analyze research findings and help identify patterns, themes, and user pain points.
- Summarize insights into reports, presentations, or other shareable outputs.
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to share findings.
- Support inclusive research practices by helping engage a broad range of users.
- Maintain research documentation, repositories, and project tracking materials.
- Masters or equivalent schooling in a relevant field such as Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, or similar programs.
- Education background in a HCI, UX, or a research related field.
- Knowledge of qualitative user research and analysis methods.
- Competency in quantitative user research and data analysis methods such as descriptive statistics.
- Strong understanding of best practices in User Experience and Game Design.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, persuasiveness, and the ability to make group presentations.
- Ability to switch between multiple projects.
