Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems-hydraulics, pneumatics, and more
Performing preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
Reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with ease
Installing and replacing bearings, hydraulic systems, and mechanical assemblies
Collaborating with other trades and contractors to get the job done rightMillwright Qualifications:A valid Ontario 433A Millwright License
At least 5 years of heavy industrial maintenance experience (or completion of a Canadian Apprenticeship Program and 3 years of experience)
Solid understanding of engineering drawings and maintenance documentation
Confidence to work independently and make safe, informed decisions under pressure
Flexibility for overtime on short notice

Schedule: Continental rotating 12-hour shifts (days and nights - 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM)
