He/she will analyze the needs of the learners and the organization and design the materials for the continuous training of employees at all levels. To do so, the candidate will use his or her recognized knowledge and skills in project management to develop various training courses dealing with technical and operational aspects as well as the relational aspects specific to the Compensation sector.What you’ll do here:Create immersive educational experiences for the audienceProvide interactive activities and educational resourcesMaintain projects and organize course documentsCollaborate with subject matter experts for lesson planningDesign, develop and maintain various training processes and programsManage in parallel and autonomously different design projects requiring excellent communication and seamless collaboration with the various stakeholders and partners;Stay abreast of best practices in dissemination, design, transfer of learning as well as the latest integration technologies;The person we are looking for will also be likely to propose varous avenues to improve the training offered on an ongoing basis.What you bring to the table:University degree (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in training management, educational technology or an appropriate discipline or combination of education and relevant experience5 to 8 years of experience in a similar position (in the insurance industry is an asset)Experience in designing large-scale training projectsRecognized project management skillsProficient in Office360, Articulate (RISE, Storyline) and Adobe (Photoshop) suitesExperience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)Clear and effective curriculum-planning skillsPreferred qualifications:Strong communication skillsPositive and customer-oriented attitudeAbility to manage frequent changesStrong organizational and agile project management skillsCreativity and initiativeExcellent team playerAbility to use instructional materials and resources effectivelyCritical-thinking skillsConcrete verbal and written communication skillsWhat we offerWorking here means you'll be empowered to be and do your best every day.
