- Provide prioritization and business requirements in partnership with the CIO (Chief Information Office) and partner with them to implement platform capabilities
- Facilitate and ultimately own the visioning and roadmap for a best in class digital team member experience for P&C journeys; partner across P&C and TELUS to optimize and implement (inclusive of AI solutions)
- Lead and govern key P&C programs in support of the implementation of key digital capabilities (thought leadership, strategic planning, program charters, funding, senior leadership stakeholder management, etc)
- Lead change management practices and Go-To-Market for key system based changes impacting P&C and overall TELUS team member experience
- Manage applicable P&C modules within SuccessFactors and other SAS platforms
- Drive continuous improvement and modernization of P&C content both internally and externally
- A track record of successfully leading a digital enablement and transformation within a People & Culture function within a dynamic, large complex company
- Brings proven people management experience and a track record working with senior executives including C-level. A demonstrated ability to relate to the broad business issues and has implemented programs and processes that are practical, drive growth and deliver value for the business
- Experience in leading change management initiatives
- Extensive experience with HRIS systems, strong understanding of AI solutions and their application in P&C processes.
- Project management experience developing strategies and managing / supporting programs.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to strategize and provide critical thinking and judgment as needed to evaluate complex situations and solve problems. Consistently evaluates decisions in terms of impact on the business, its strategy and its brand. A strong client orientation.
- A collaborative and motivating leader who provides clear direction to their team, but allows them the freedom to develop new ideas. Smart and effective collaboration skills to drive innovation within and across teams. A demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships with key constituencies.
- An exceptional communicator who can influence and persuade using data, well thought out analysis and articulating a vision of what is possible. Strong verbal and written presentation skills including the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way and tailor key messages and presentation style to multiple audiences.
