Salary: $65,000 annually.
Work Arrangement: Fixed on site – working 5 days per week from the office.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.What You'll Do
- Work alongside Sales Representatives and PSSRs to support fulfillment of the sales mix.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
- Manage walk-in customers and inbound telephone inquiries.
- Support relationship-building efforts for new and existing customer accounts.
- Act as a communication focal point between customers and SMS Equipment.
- Focus on prospecting within identified markets or territories.
- Use company technical, sales, and promotional resources to generate leads and achieve sales goals.
- Apply the IMPACT Sales process to drive results.
- Build knowledge of all SMS customer relationship pathways: Service, Parts, Equipment Sales, Finance/Credit, and other internal functions.
- Participate in major promotions, new product launches, and marketing initiatives.
- Post-secondary education in business management or equivalent experience is considered an asset.
- Industry experience is preferred.
- Ambitious, driven, and eager to develop cutting-edge product and industry knowledge.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in required software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRMs).
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
