- Directly engage with focused customers and prospects to provide value-added solutions that help them achieve their business goals.
- Utilize relationship management techniques to develop and nurture selling opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop, manage, and grow a sales pipeline, working directly with key Channel Partners to expand sales revenues.
- Excel in communication, collaboration, and accountability, coordinating with additional support resources as needed.
- Develop new contacts at various levels and buyer profiles, including Cloud Architects, Application Developers, Chief Data Scientists, and Chief Information Officers.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills in English, including presentation skills. (French Preferable)
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the department and across functions.
- Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.
- Ability to convey information clearly and provide analysis as needed to help the customer make buying decisions.
- Maintain updated selling activity notes in NetApp's customer resource management system, and accurately forecast business opportunities.(MEDDICC)
- Market knowledge of the Canadian Federal Government organization structure
- Understanding and functional awareness of the Federal Procurement Vehicles
- Ability to Travel when required.
The base salary range for this position is 317,050 - 410,300 CAD and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
