- Review technical support tickets, emails, and calls to the IT department
- Provide feedback and system status updates to users and log requests into the problem-tracking system
- Monitor and report calls and call metrics from the time they are opened until the time they are closed while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provide basic PC troubleshooting: manage power options, control panel, and image PCs, as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and server access problems for end-users
- Assist in collecting information for equipment inventory
- At least 1+ years of prior work experience in a technical support role
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or equivalent in a related field
- Knowledge of networking, routing, firewalls, and security
- Understanding of ITIL Methodologies
- Relevant certifications (CompTiA A+, ITIL Foundation) are an asset
- Prior experience with Lean Six Sigma is an asset
