Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?Coordinates application support objectives in partnership with production support team, development team and business partners. Provide quality and timely support to our business partners through efficient ownership of Incident management and participation in problem management and application defect resolution. Leads day to day support activities such as application monitoring and service requests, escalating to Tier 3 support teams as required. Proactively identifies gaps, potential issues and suggest recommendation for improvement of FXL application.What will you do?Lead the investigation and analysis of application operational failures including writing up of incident and root cause analysis reports.Identify root cause through analysis to improve resource usage and time to market.Recommends best solutions, work-around, short-term and long-term solutions, considering the cost based on understanding of business issues/need.Responsible for supporting FXL Application in UAT, IST and Production environments.Responsible to ensure application is delivering according to SLA, Priority Matrix & Problem Matrix timelines.Manage audit and compliance requirements and requests.Responsible to ensure ACAs are completed according to Risk Classification (yearly, every 2 years, every 3 years) – complete Findings and address Remediation Plans accordingly.Manage DRP planning and testing including initial DRP setup where required.What do you need to succeed?Must have:Innate ability to effectively deal with high pressure triage calls involving Priority 1 & 2 trading outage situationsGreat attention to detail and has organizational skills and an analytical mindInteracting with ServiceNow on incidents, problems, service requests, change deploymentsTechnical skills as follows:Operating System: Windows , Basic Unix/LinuxSupported Application technology: C#, Asp.Net, .Net coreAPM Tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, PagerDutyCI/CD tools: Jenkins/GitHubDatabase: SQL ServerITIL Tools: ServiceNow, JIRAScripting: Shell, Batch/PowerShell.Middleware technologies: IBM MQWebservices and tools: Firewall, SSL certificatesDev Ops processes and deployments using HeliosNice-to-have:Flexibility for on-call and off hour supportKnowledge on FX MarketWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
