Primary Responsibilities
  • Apply advanced costing models, scenario simulations, and predictive analytics to evaluate customer opportunities and optimize pricing strategies.
  • Build dynamic, data-driven cost/market models that generate price estimations for customer quotes.
  • Conduct customer and product margin analyses, delivering actionable insights and pricing recommendations
  • Ensure accuracy of SAP master data (customer pricing, promotional accruals, and custom setups) to support digital tools and ensure data integrity
  • Collaborate throughout the project lifecycle with various teams to understand, challenge and propose solutions
  • Continuously refine analytics and recommend process improvements
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects.
  • Other duties as required.
Required Experience
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a financial analytical capacity is required.
  • University Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • A CPA designation or working towards a CPA designation is preferred.
  • Advanced excel skills and financial/scenario modeling analysis.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems, with interest in digital/AI integrations.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and automation mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced, digital environment.
  • Ability to reliably commute to the office in North York, ON for work.
