This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute data and analytics strategy aligned with business goals
Manage data infrastructure, pipelines, and analytics platforms
Deliver insights through advanced analytics and BI dashboards
Define KPIs and support self-service BI
Implement data governance and ensure data quality
Lead and mentor a team of data professionals

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred)
8+ years of data and analytics experience; 3+ years in leadership
Experience with data warehouses, ELT/ETL tools, and BI platforms
Advanced SQL; Python and/or R preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Experience with machine learning or AI initiatives
