At this firm, they value humility, hard work, and initiative, and we take pride in making a lasting impact for our clients and our community.Essential Tasks:A Bookkeeper who can manage multiple client files with accuracy and care:· Record and reconcile financial transactions· Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports· Process payroll and government remittances· Support clients with cloud accounting tools (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)· Assist with year-end preparation and working papers for accountantsWhat they are Looking For:· 2+ years of bookkeeping experience (public practice an asset)· Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Sage, or similar software· Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations· Organized, accurate, and dependable· Able to manage multiple client files simultaneouslySalary - 70-75K
