Our client, a leader in the traffic control industry, is seeking a Sales Director to join their team. As a Sales Director, you will be part of the Business Development department supporting the growth and success of the organization.   • Lead and manage bidding processes for lane techs, lane closures, and traffic control contracts.
  • Engage in RFPs and navigate government bid processes effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong client-facing communication to foster relationships.
  • Drive business development initiatives within the flagging and traffic control industry.
  • Exceed expectations through a hunter mentality and proactive sales strategies.
