Key responsibilities (title) A day in your life with usKey responsibilities (text) • Lead, coach and develop the Product Quality & Recovery team with a focus on putting the customer first, whilst also securing engagement and succession.
  • Ensure understanding and optimal usage of common working methods, processes and tools related to Product quality & safety and recovery processes across the unit.
  • Lead the establishment of efficient and effective ways of working in the Customer Meeting Point related to product quality and compliance, ensuring the unit works proactively with improving customers product experience by preventing any sales stopped, defect or recalled products from reaching our customers.
  • Establish the pre-requisites to deliver a great commercial shopping experience in the As-Is, as well as efficient circular recovery operations to reduce the environmental and financial impact of reverse flow products, whilst leading and promoting IKEA's positive commitments to sustainability and circularity.
  • Set goals and action plans for assigned department. Follow-up and take proactive actions to continuously improve upon the performance by benchmarking towards other units and using proven solutions and good examples to identify improvement opportunities.
