Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their team on a contract basis. This is a hands-on role, offering 3 days per week in-office, and the opportunity to work in a casual, collaborative, and community-focused environment.Key Responsibilities for the Job:
  • Manage Accounts Payable processes, including vendor payments and expense tracking
  • Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Support tax-related filings and documentation
  • Perform credit card reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate financial records through general bookkeeping duties
  • Assist with month-end and year-end processes as needed
Experience & Attributes for Success:
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar accounting role
  • Proficiency with accounting software (Sage Desktop) and Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Dedicated work ethic with the ability to commit to the full duration of the contract
  • Professional, reliable, and discreet
