Job OverviewSRG is seeking an experienced Pipefitting Foreman/General Foreman to lead and supervise a crew of 4–20 pipefitters in a live plant environment. This is a hands-on leader role with strong technical knowledge, safety leadership, and the ability to execute work efficiently in an operating facility.Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a pipefitting crew (4–10 workers)
Perform work safely and effectively in a live plant setting
Read, interpret, and work from isometric drawings and P&IDs
Plan job scopes, assign tasks, and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule
Enforce site safety rules, company policies, and industry best practices
Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to crew members
Coordinate with project management, operations, and other trades
Conduct quality control inspections and resolve field issues as required
Maintain accurate job documentation and daily reporting
Rigging experience is required
Knowledge of welding an asset
Requirements
Journeyperson Certified Pipefitter (required)
Proven experience as a Pipefitting Foreman or Lead Hand
Strong ability to read and interpret isometrics and P&IDs
Experience working in live plant / operating facilities
Class 5 License with acceptable abstract
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
High commitment to safety, quality, and productivity
Must pass pre-employment test including cannabis
