The department is responsible for general accounting, accounts payable, expense management, billing and collection, payroll and financial reporting for the organization. As part of an ongoing transformation of our back-office systems, the department is currently implementing an ERP project. One Summer Student will report to the ERP Project Manager, while the other will report to the Director, Finance & Controller. Both roles offer hands-on experience and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the success of the team. This position is intended for students currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.Employment Status: Temporary Full-TimeDuration: May 1st to August 31, 2026Scheduled Requirements:

Hourly Rate: $20.00 per hourReporting Relationship: ERP Project Manager and/or Director, Finance and ControllerLocation: HRH Wilso site***This position will be on-siteResponsibilities and Key Projects:
  • Support the ERP Project Manager with data conversion, integration, analysis and other project-related activities.
  • Assist with general accounting daily and month-end close activities
  • Support the preparation of presentation materials for Finance Management and Leadership
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance and General Accounting teams
  • Assist in various ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required
Requirements:
  • Currently, enrolled in a Finance, Business program (or equivalent) at an accredited university and available to work full-time from May to August 2026.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability, and initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities
  • Highly organized with strong planning and time-management abilities
  • Excellent attendance and discipline free record required
