Powered by passionate people, we bring the right teams with the right skills together to turn problems into solutions and challenges into moments of ingenuity.In the role of Cleaner, we are currently seeking both day and night cleaners who will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of our facilities to the highest standards.Your duties will include:
- Ensuring the cleanliness of floors, washrooms, and garbage bins throughout the facility.
- Cleaning and sanitizing various areas, including washrooms, common spaces, and entrance areas.
- Restocking depleted supplies such as toilet rolls, hand towels, and hand soap.
- Dusting all visible surfaces within arm's reach, including countertops, pillars, lighting fixtures, window ledges, and vents.
- Spot cleaning lobby floors and thoroughly washing them as needed.
- Vacuuming entrance mats in lobbies.
- Wiping down and disinfecting desks, tables, and other office furniture.
- Emptying and sanitizing waste and recycling bins.
- Cleaning and polishing glass surfaces, such as windows and doors.
- Vacuuming and mopping all office floors, including carpets and hard surfaces.
- Cleaning and disinfecting kitchen and break room areas, including sinks, countertops, and appliances.
- Prepare freshly brewed coffee on every floor before the start of business hours.
- Refresh coffee supplies on each floor as necessary throughout the day.

- Floor care experience is an asset (able to scrub, buff, and polish floors)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure coverage as needed.
- Ability to cover other shifts on short notice is necessary.
- Willingness to travel to different locations within Vancouver.
- Clear criminal background check is mandatory for the role.
