- Develop Design Strategies and create deliverables that translate concepts into innovative designs, and experiences for implementation
- Develop design from concept to detailed CAD drawings
- Manage communication with external vendors and between cross-functional teams to ensure retail design & fixture co-creation and collaboration meets desired outcome
- Manage a wide range of projects that include architectural design, custom fabrications and experiences
- Work closely developing concepts as a highly collaborative designer with Industrial Designers, Graphic Designers, Stores Designers, Experience Designers
- Collaborate with Regional Store Design teams on new retail experience strategies and concepts
- Balance divergent and convergent thinking within cross-functional partners to identify and solve retail design experiences
- Develop Global Retail Design toolkits for regional implementation
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design
- 8-10 years minimum experience in design related field, with a focus on retail design managing a team of creatives
- Proficient in CAD/Revit software, and 3D software SketchUp, Rhinoceros 3D, V-ray (or sim), Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills for various management types and levels
- Strong organizational skills and the capability to multitask and handle multiple projects and initiatives in different phases at same time with ability to drive work and ensure deadlines are met
- Ability to effectively manage tasks of varying complexities, strong ability to drive projects forward, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Highly motivated, detail oriented, dependable, have a proved work ethic and integrity
- Comfort with ambiguity and complexity
- Demonstrated work experience in design, design thinking, change management, innovation practices

The typical hiring range for this position is from $130,800-171,700 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
