- Leveraging your excellent organizational skills, you will coordinate a range of deliverables, activities, projects and assignments, as well as support and/or back up the work of others on the team and their functional group when required.
- You will support the development and continuous improvement of planning documents, planning processes, internal and external reports, budgets, survey development and administration, data collection, and document management.
- Utilizing your superior interpersonal and communication skills, you will build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, support integration activities within the OTDT program and with other divisions in Canadian Blood Services.
- Drawing from your continuous improvement experience, you will support initiatives, and projects, identify opportunities to improve existing business processes and support the development of new processes, as required.
- Completion of post-secondary education preferred (an equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered).
- 3-5 years relevant experience, preferable in the not-for-profit or health care sector.
- Experience coordinating activities in any of these areas considered an asset: governance, advisory committees or working groups, event planning/coordination, stakeholder engagement and relationship building, operational planning, corporate reporting, data reporting/analytics, business processes and controls, or quality.
- Experience in OTDT and/or tissue banking is an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to support colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to present to senior leaders and executives.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to interact with diplomacy and tact.

- This role will work in a hybrid environment with requirements to be onsite at Canadian Blood Services location 40% of the time/days of the week.
- Work schedule will be Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week and 7.5 hours per day.
- Travel requirements - occasional travel will be required for training and team building purposes.
