- Assist in the pursuit, planning and implementation of consulting engagements.
- Perform detailed work involving research, interpretation and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
- Perform financial modeling, business planning, feasibility studies, strategic planning, operational planning, program reviews, program redesigns and other forms of management consulting.
- Support the design, development, formatting and proof reading of high-quality professional reports, proposals, slide decks and correspondence.
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes while effectively using MNP internal programs and systems.
- Coordinate workflow and perform tasks related to proposal creation, production and delivery.
- Attend internal MNP courses to further develop consulting knowledge.
- Undergraduate degree in finance, commerce, or other combination of advanced post-secondary training and relevant professional experience.
- Previous professional work experience of a minimum two to three years in a consulting or professional services environment is an asset/preferred.
- Professional or personal experience with Indigenous communities is an asset.
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Some travel may be required.
