Regional Manager – Sleep Health ClinicsWe’re looking for a Regional Manager in the sleep health / medical clinic industry.Our client is a rapidly growing, patient centric sleep clinic organization known for its 5 star care, exceptional team-first culture, and long-standing leadership reputation across Western Canada. Their clinicians and leaders genuinely love what they do and it shows.Due to an internal promotion, our client is adding a new Regional Manager to oversee two clinics in Calgary. This is an opportunity to build a long-term leadership career with an organization that invests deeply in training, professional development, and ongoing support.The Regional Manager will be responsible for leading clinical teams, ensuring exceptional patient experience, and overseeing multi-site performance while remaining hands-on in daily clinic operations.Regional Manager responsibilities:• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop clinical teams across three locations
• Ensure exceptional patient experience and uphold high clinical standards
• Oversee multi clinic operations, scheduling, performance, and optimization
• Roll up your sleeves and work alongside staff including seeing patients when needed
• Conduct root cause problem solving using strong investigative and analytical skills
• Maintain strong attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and clinic processes
• Build positive relationships with patients, staff, and cross-functional leaders
• Participate in a robust onboarding program (90 day high-touch training)
• Travel across two clinics with flexible scheduling
• Collaborate on long-term clinic expansion planningThe successful candidate has:• Active RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or RPSGT certification – required
• Experience leading teams (preferably in a multi-site environment)
• Background in sleep care, respiratory therapy, or medical retail (strong asset)
• A coaching-focused leadership style with high empathy and emotional intelligence
• Strong attention to detail and investigative problem solving abilities
• High drive, accountability, and genuine ownership of team and clinic success
• A passion for patient care and collaborative, servant leadership culture
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and inspireCompensation and benefits:• Discussed range: $80,000 – $100,000 total compensation depending on experience and performance
  • Base salary typically in the mid 80s to low 90s
  • Monthly performance bonus
