- Plan, create, and execute on high quality marketing programs and activities, including advertising, sales collateral, email campaigns and automations.
- Create content, including graphics, photography & video, copywriting, signage, advertising, and social media posts.
- Help plan the marketing calendar and work with cross functional teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities across all of S&T businesses including fitness, events, Tonic Bar, spa & wellness, and retail.
- Support for marketing communications, including external and internal newsletters, studio signage, social media, and other digital collateral.
- Provide support for community management across all social channels.
- Administrative support, including but not limited to team onboarding, data entry, marketing operations.
- Website and app updates, online retail shop, and operating platform, and performing regular audits and improvements to maintain optimal experience and function of the digital S&T experience.
- Provide support for events and partnerships, including working with brand partners, and organizing and attending community events.
- Weekly & monthly reporting, including customer insights, marketing performance, promotions and campaign tracking, ad performance, social media engagement, and more.
- Perform research, analyses, and testing with a variety of tools to gain insights to help shape marketing strategy.
- Monitor existing communities and competitors within target markets to develop ideas, identify emerging industry trends, and drive qualified audiences.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, and/or advertising - ideally in a high volume or fast paced environment.
- Video-first mindset to lead short-form content across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and more.
- Proficient in graphic design, specifically with the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Detail-oriented, with a sharp eye for design.
- Ability to understand, interpret, and transform complex ideas and information into easy- to-understand, customer-centric marketing and communications.
- A problem solver who takes initiative, adapts quickly and has the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, with flexibility to meet the needs of the business.
- Outstanding organization and time management skills.
- Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and using data to drive actionable insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and creative writing.
- Confident communicator, comfortable writing emails, presenting ideas, and managing live event logistics.
- Comfortable working independently, collaborating across teams, and communicating with leadership.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends when required.
- Interest in boutique fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a strong asset.
- Photography and videography skills required.
- Base salary $50,00 - $55,000 dependent on experience
